 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Member Card is valid for 90 days from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
• The authorized Member must show their card at the Entrance each time they visit Rawai Park. Failure to present a Package Card will result in a charge of the ‘on the day’ admission rate!
• Member must present the card at Love Rawai café restaurant for Food and Beverage discount.
• Package Card cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, cannot be exchanged for cash (in full or in part), may not be redeemed for other gift cards and/or special offers and any unused credit will be forfeited
• If your purchase exceeds the value of the Package Card, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card.
• The Rawai Park is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed card and no replacements will be made in these circumstances
• Rawai Park Management reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions as necessary.

‍SAFETY

• For safety reasons all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. All participants are required to take notice of any safety information posted on the site and to obey any safety instructions communicated to them by members of staff.
• No dogs are allowed in the children’s play area.
• No cycles, scooters, skateboards, skates or any other wheeled equipment (apart from wheelchairs or walking aids) are permitted in the play areas.
• ‍Alcohol is strictly forbidden anywhere in the play areas. Only food and drinks purchased in Love Rawai Café restaurant may be consumed on the premises. You may not bring your own food, drinks or picnic.
• Rawai Park Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to the Activities or to remove a participant from the Activities should it deem it necessary to do so. This includes a participant who does not comply with the safety rules and advice or who is deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
